Recently, the power ring network, step-down and follow-up substation of the eastern section of the Shanghai Regional Railway Airport Liaison Line Power Supply Project, which is invested and constructed by Shanghai Shentie and undertaken by China Railway Electrification Bureau Group, have been successfully started, creating conditions for the commissioning of various professional equipment in the next stage.
Before receiving electricity, a series of work such as installation and commissioning of substation equipment, interval high-voltage cable laying and withstand voltage test were completed in an orderly manner to ensure that the primary and secondary cables of each substation equipment were connected correctly and in good condition. The project team prepared the start-up plan and emergency plan, and formulated standardized and standardized organizational procedures and power transmission instructions according to the detailed steps of the plan.

Recently, with the completion of the last concrete pouring, the main structure of the 15-bid Yingbin 3rd Road Station of the Jiamin Line of Shanghai Regional Railway, which was invested and constructed by Shanghai Shentie and constructed by China Railway 11th Bureau, was successfully capped, which is also the first station on the whole line to complete the capping. Yingbin 3rd Road Station is located on the south side of the intersection of Yingbin 3rd Road and Shenkun Road in Minhang District, which is a three-storey underground single-column double-span island station, with a total length of 244 meters and a standard section width of 20.6 meters, with 3 entrances and exits and 2 groups of wind pavilions. The deepest excavation of the foundation pit of the main body of the station is 28 meters, and the method of open cut is adopted.
The site foundation pit is mostly silty clay, the soil layer is flow plastic, with high compressibility, low strength, small permeability and high sensitivity, and has high technical requirements for controlling structural deformation and maintaining the stability of the foundation pit during the construction process.
In view of these construction difficulties, the project team attaches great importance to safety and quality control, and formulates special plans and emergency plans for foundation pit excavation, foundation pit dewatering, tall formwork and support safety, etc., which have been approved by the expert group.
The site is monitored in real time 24 hours a day, and the hidden danger investigation is carried out every week and the rectification and elimination are carried out within a limited time, so as to ensure the safety specifications of foundation pit excavation, concrete pouring, formwork support erection, etc., and complete the construction of the main structure of the station safely and efficiently, so as to create strong conditions for the subsequent shield construction operations.

Fangle Road Station is located at the intersection of Lianyou Road and Fangle Road in Minhang District, with a three-storey underground double-island four-line layout, with a total length of about 632 meters and a standard section width of 43.8 meters, with 6 entrances and exits and 2 sets of wind pavilions. The excavation depth of the foundation pit of the main body of the station is between 24.6 meters and 26.7 meters, and the method of open cut and cut is adopted, and a total of 4 areas are set up for construction, which is divided into three phases.
