Design requirements for entries
- The design concept of the work must integrate the cultural characteristics of "Suixi Lion Awakening", take its shape and shape its spirit, highlight the unique artistic characteristics of Suixi Lion Awakening, and show the profound cultural connotation of Suixi. The theme of the work is distinct, with the regional cultural characteristics of Suixi, and the integration of "China's first sweet county" and "sweet Suixi" city brand image. The design of the work should have the words "the hometown of Chinese lion dance".
- The work should have the characteristics of affinity and friendliness, easy to identify and remember, novel in concept, highly recognizable, and outstanding in artistry and ornamentation.
- The work should contain a design concept and creative description (no more than 300 words), and a graphic design draft must be submitted, drawing at least three views (including but not limited to: front, side, back, etc. 3) and extended scene renderings (actions or expressions that can show the characteristics of the image). The work should have a corresponding name, and the name should be marked directly below the design draft. The work should have a name, which should be marked directly below the design draft and the name of the work should be easy to pronounce. (Note: If the application is selected, the name of the work in the selected application may not necessarily be retained as the final name of the work)
- The work should be suitable for the dissemination and recreation of print, three-dimensional and electronic media, and be suitable for supporting applications in various use environments.
- The format of the work is required, the picture is in JPG format, the color of the work is RGB mode and CMYK mode, the resolution of the picture is not less than 300dpi, and the size of a single picture is less than 10M. After the selection of the entries is shortlisted, they must be able to provide source files that can be used for media communication and offline exhibition printing and production, and there is no restriction on the use of software for creation (it is necessary to pay attention to the independent layering of elements as much as possible for later use).
- The work should be positive, healthy and uplifting, and should not contain any suspected ethnic discrimination, religious discrimination and other content that is contrary to social morality and public order and good customs.

How to register and submit your work
1. For email submission, the author can download the "Activity Registration Form" from the official website of the competition and the official account of "Suixi Cultural Tourism", fill in the signature or seal, take a photo or scan it into JPG or PDF format, and submit it to the designated mailbox together with the work.
2. Participants need to submit the design work to the designated Suixi Cultural Tourism mailbox within the specified time: [email protected], the work must meet the format and requirements of the competition, and be sent in a compressed package, and indicate "Suixi Lion Awakening IP image + real name + contact number".

Declarations
1. Entries shall not contain content that violates the current laws of the country, subversive activities, etc., and shall not contain obscene, superstitious and other unhealthy content information; Do not add any third-party logos and IP images that are not related to this competition; There must be no other circumstances prohibited by laws and administrative regulations;
2. All entries must be original, shall not involve copyright, authorship, copyright issues, and ensure that they are not disseminated or displayed in any other media and public places, and shall not plagiarize or infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
3. The organizer of the competition (Suixi County Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau) has all rights including but not limited to intellectual property rights for the award-winning works. When submitting entries in accordance with the rules of the competition, participants must agree that the copyrights (except for the exclusive rights of the individual, including but not limited to the rights of reproduction, distribution, rental, exhibition, performance, screening, broadcasting, information network dissemination, filming, adaptation, translation, compilation, etc.), the right to apply for patents and other rights of the award-winning works are irrevocably and without compensation to the organizer of the competition, and the participants shall not use, dispose of, authorize or transfer the above rights to a third party. The organizer may make necessary modifications to the shortlisted and award-winning entries, and the entrants shall not object to it and shall not claim fees or rights. In the end, the entries that have not won any awards and their rights in accordance with the law will be returned to the participants, and the final interpretation right belongs to the organizer.
4. All disputes arising from this competition shall be settled through friendly negotiation between the two parties, and if the negotiation fails, both parties shall submit the dispute to the people's court where the organizer of the competition is located for settlement through litigation.

Selection criteria
The judging panel will score the works according to their creativity, cultural connotation, artistic value and other factors, and plan to determine the outstanding works and win the first, second and third prizes respectively.
(1) Creativity: The work should have novelty and imagination, high visual discrimination, and reflect the cultural characteristics of Suixi lion dance.
(2) Cultural connotation: It can reflect the profound cultural heritage and unique regional cultural charm of Suixi, and the work should have a distinctive character and anthropomorphic characteristics, vivid modeling, and the narrative characteristics formed by a complete and vivid storyline in the design of the work, giving the "Suixi Lion Awakening" a positive and vivid image.
(3) Artistic value: The design of the work has high artistry, ornamentation and interest, and the artistic image is vivid and typical, which better meets the aesthetic requirements of the public. The image is easy to be extended by subsequent derivative designs.
