After the incident was exposed, the Japanese people insisted that the responsibility lay with the United States, and that the environmental pollution caused by the long-term discharge of harmful substances by the US military stationed in Japan was very strange here, why did the Japanese suspect the Americans in the first place?

On February 28, 2024, Japan began the fourth round of nuclear sewage discharge into the sea.
