Huizhou Desay Silicon Prseodymium Tonghu Industrial Park project is located in Zhongkai High-tech Zone, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, with a construction area of about 105,000 square meters, including Building A, R&D plants, staff dormitories and canteens. After the completion of the project, it will help to further improve the semiconductor industry chain of Huizhou Zhongkai High-tech Zone, and add new engines and inject new momentum into Zhongkai District and Huizhou City to accelerate the construction of a globally competitive electronic information industry cluster.
At the same time, the project will help Zhongkai High-tech Zone continuously improve the level of electronic information industry chain and supply chain, expand and strengthen the real economy, help build a world-class digital industrial base, and promote Desay Group to become an important member of Huizhou to build a trillion-level electronic information industry cluster and build a new industrial city, and accelerate the construction of a manufacturing power.

The project regularly holds regular safety production meetings with the person in charge of the subcontractor every week to overcome problems to ensure that "this week's blocking points are implemented this week", strengthen departmental linkage, plan node progress, regularly summarize and review, form a sales list, and achieve high-quality performance with efficient actions.
The project ensures the timely investment of resources, such as people, materials, and machines, and the nodes are accurate to the day, and the responsibilities are implemented to the people, so as to quickly form a situation of "multi-process and multi-front". The capping of the main structure of plant A was completed 113 days ahead of schedule, the capping of the main structure of the comprehensive power station was completed 94 days ahead of schedule, the capping of the main structure of the wastewater treatment station was completed 88 days ahead of schedule, and the capping of the main structure of the R&D plant was completed 71 days ahead of schedule.
The project department implements the prevention and control of air pollution at the construction site to achieve "six 100%", strictly supervises the installation of large-scale machinery and equipment, implements the safety and civilized disclosure of workers on site, and jointly carries out on-site safety inspections with the owner and supervision unit to achieve "two-handed" safety production, and has been rated as a demonstration site for safe production and civilized construction of housing municipal engineering in Huizhou.

The single-storey area of the plant is large, 84 meters long from east to west, 120 meters long from north to south, and the single-story construction area is about 10,800 square meters. The project department adheres to the principle of "technology first", formulates special technical plans, tests concrete in advance, and determines the optimal mix ratio. In order to prevent the accumulation of errors, the measurement of each flow section is introduced by the original reference point, and the professional measurement team is responsible for pay-off and process monitoring to ensure the quality of the project.
The floor slab of the R&D plant adopts an oblique tic-tac-toe beam structure with a span of 31.5 meters, which will seriously affect the direction of the longitudinal and transverse large crossbar arrangement of the scaffold in the process of arranging the vertical rods, and the positioning of the vertical bars is difficult, and the cross-section of the main beam around the project is large. The project team used the disc buckle steel pipe frame support system, and used CAD, PKPM and other software to study and calculate the support system to achieve scientific and technological empowerment.
The project involves automated production lines, integrated power stations, pure water stations, waste water stations and other functional buildings, which have high requirements for the quality of concrete construction and the leakage prevention quality of roofing, exterior walls, doors and windows. The project department held a special meeting and decided to use low-hydration thermal cement, add expansion agent to the concrete, control the internal and external temperature of concrete pouring, and reduce the shrinkage cracks of concrete temperature. At the same time, the concrete construction adopts the secondary grinding construction technology, and the special person keeps the heat and moisturizes for 14 days, so as to accelerate the construction of the semiconductor industry with "sincere heart".
