The project team used the disc buckle steel pipe frame support system, and used CAD, PKPM and other software to study and calculate the support system to achieve scientific and technological empowerment.

The project involves automated production lines, integrated power stations, pure water stations, waste water stations and other functional buildings, which have high requirements for the quality of concrete construction and the leakage prevention quality of roofing, exterior walls, doors and windows. The project department held a special meeting and decided to use low-hydration thermal cement, add expansion agent to the concrete, control the internal and external temperature of concrete pouring, and reduce the shrinkage cracks of concrete temperature. At the same time, the concrete construction adopts the secondary grinding construction technology, and the special person keeps the heat and moisturizes for 14 days, so as to accelerate the construction of the semiconductor industry with "sincere heart".
