After five years of unremitting efforts, in 2021, we finally developed a high-power, high-temperature and high-pressure reciprocating pump for petrochemical residue hydrogenation unit with intellectual property rights, which successfully replaced the German imported pump that originally required more than 10 million yuan, and the construction period was shortened to 8 months, and the price was only less than half of that of German enterprises. The most important thing is that its quality and efficiency have reached or even surpassed the level of imported equipment.
The successful research and development of this product marks the "zero breakthrough" of the domestic high-temperature and high-pressure reciprocating pump, completely breaking the monopoly position of foreign equipment in the domestic market in the industry, and realizing complete localization in the industrial chain in the field of petroleum refining and transportation.
