From April 25th to 27th, the 8th Academic Conference on Sleep Disorders of the Chinese Society of Neurology was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, sponsored by the Chinese Society of Neurology and co-organized by the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine.
As a top event in the field of sleep in China, this conference attracted many well-known experts and scholars to participate. Professor Tang Yonghong's team from the Sleep Medicine Center of Nanhua Hospital Affiliated to the University of South China was invited to attend and share and display at the meeting.
In the special report of the second session, Professor Tang Yonghong discussed in depth the "Multimodal Therapy (Intervention) Reshaping the Biological Clock and Whole Course Management of Insomnia Patients", analyzed the physiological and pathological mechanism of insomnia in detail, and shared the practical experience of the Sleep Medicine Center of Nanhua Hospital in the field of multimodal therapy.
Its professionalism and cutting-edge nature were highly praised by the participating experts. At the same time, Professor Tang Yonghong also served as the moderator of the sub-venue, focusing on the treatment of sleep disorders, guiding in-depth discussions on the diagnosis, treatment methods and related case studies of sleep disorders, and promoting the communication and exchange of ideas among the participating experts.
Master student Zhong Wenlong's dissertation "rTMS Improves Hippocampal Nerve Injury Caused by Chronic Sleep Deprivation" was given the opportunity to speak because of its unique academic perspective, academic value and innovation, demonstrating the research strength of Nanhua Hospital in the field of sleep disorders.
In addition, Dr. Fengying Zhang's paper "APOJ+ astrocytes and VEGF-B+ microglia mediate communication and regulate the involvement of brain-enriched Ras homologs (Rheb) in the occurrence of sleep disorders in neuronal mitochondrial metabolic reprogramming", Dr. Ouyang Bo's "Network pharmacology study of Shangxiajidan in the treatment of insomnia based on component blood infusion", and graduate student Zhong Wenlong's "A case report of OSA-associated pseudo-RBD" also received the opportunity to be communicated.
