In the classroom, Yang Liying, president of the criminal trial division of the court and vice principal of the rule of law of the vocational middle school, used easy-to-understand language and vivid cases to explain the "Labor Law of the People's Republic of China", "Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant legal knowledge to the students of the school, and encouraged the students to use legal means to defend their rights and interests.
Subsequently, Yang Liying introduced in simple terms the examples of "providing bank cards, Alipay, and phone cards to cybercrime gangs", "selling and lending bank cards to help others commit cyber fraud", and "common methods of telecommunication network fraud for minors", so that the students intuitively understood what the crime of "aiding information network criminal activities" and "cyber fraud crimes" are, and guided the students to establish a correct view of making friends, money, and values, enhance their awareness of self-prevention, and strictly abide by the bottom line of the law.
In the next step, the Xinhuang Court will give full play to its judicial functions, persist in doing a good job in popularizing the law among young people, enhance the legal literacy and concept of the rule of law among teachers and students, tighten the "safety valve" of the law for young students, and contribute to the construction of a harmonious campus under the rule of law.
