Tell me about the third course "Methods and Strategies of Home-School Cooperation and Effective Communication" How can it help you, and if you have any questions about home-school communication, you need help and support from the lecturer during the course. There are more than 800 students in the initial course, and there are more than 500 assignments submitted each time, and I can't read all the assignments one by one, but in addition to grading nearly 100 assignments, I spend more than four hours each time, almost browsing the answers to the last questions of all the assignments. First, seize the opportunity and craft carefully. Most of the questions raised by the students in the assignments were originally covered by me in the course, and a few of the questions were not covered in the course, so I flipped through the relevant books and downloaded the papers to study to supplement and improve the course content. Since many of the students come from schools in rural areas and at the junction of urban and rural areas, many teachers have raised the following questions: How can children left behind and raised by their grandparents achieve effective home-school communication? Seeing these problems, my heart hurts shallowly, on the one hand, I feel sorry for the children who lack parental care, and on the other hand, I feel sorry for the sincere and responsible teachers. 3. Clarify the rules in combination with cases. I found that most of the questions raised in the homework were similar, such as what to do if parents do not cooperate, what to do if parents shirk their responsibilities, what to do if there is silence in communication, and how to communicate with parents about their children's problems...... There are similar reasons behind these problems, that is, the "Tao" of home-school communication. If we understand the underlying logic of home-school communication, then the "technical" problems of methods and strategies can be easily solved. Based on the questions raised by the teachers and the cases that appeared in the homework, I repeatedly emphasized the six principles of home-school communication: equality and respect, proactiveness, careful planning, children's position, flexibility and diversity, and mutual assistance and win-win. I inspire everyone to think deeply about the case, discover the rules behind the case, and try to sort out the action steps. With our joint efforts, home-school communication has become list-based and visualized: for example, the five-step method of communicating children's problems, the four steps of feedback on children's progress, the three "identifications" of private messages, and the five links of handling complaints and suggestions...... These principles, rules and action steps make home-school communication rule-based, simplify complex problems, and concretize abstract situations, so that we can face home-school communication work more easily. A small change in the design of the homework has made the homework play a greater role in displaying, communicating, sharing and improving, and the homework has become a "bridge" between the lecturer and the students, and between the students and the students, supporting us to grow together!
