Registration Period
The online registration period is from 9:00 a.m. on May 9, 2024 to 9:00 a.m. on May 13, 2024. Candidates should log in to the "Online Registration for Personnel Examination" and "District and County Entrusted and Socialized Service Examination Entrance (Click to Enter)" column in the "I want to do" on the homepage of the website of Chongqing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (http://rlsbj.cq.gov.cn/) within the specified time, and click on "Chongqing Wanzhou District Public Institutions 2024 Second Quarter Open Recruitment Staff Examination" to enter the registration system and submit an application for the examination. Candidates enter the unified login interface of "Chongqing Kuaiban" according to the prompts, register online, set a personal password, and fill in the detailed information. The user name and password of "Yu Kuaiban" are the basis for checking the qualification review results, downloading and printing the admission ticket, etc., and candidates must keep it in mind. Candidates can only choose one position in one unit to register, and the ID card used for registration and examination must be consistent. Candidates should carefully check the requirements of the recruitment position, fill in the application information honestly and accurately, and upload electronic materials (including photos, photo specifications: 140×180 pixels, photos are required to be in jpg format, less than 30kb).
Recruitment method
The assessment of this open recruitment examination includes a written test and an interview.
Written
1. The written test is a written test for public subjects, including two subjects: "Vocational Aptitude Test" (full score of 150 points) and "Comprehensive Application Ability" (full score of 150 points), and the closed-book written answer method is adopted.
The written test is tentatively scheduled for May 25, 2024 (Saturday), and the specific time, place and precautions of the examination are subject to the "Admission Ticket".

On-site qualification review
The on-site qualification review will be conducted after the written test and before the interview. Candidates who enter the on-site qualification review list should participate in the registration qualification review at the specified time and place, with their ID cards, academic degree certificates that meet the recruitment requirements (graduates of colleges and universities outside the country (overseas) should also provide the academic certification of the China Service Center for Scholarly Studies of the Ministry of Education, as well as the original and photocopies of the professional titles, professional (practice) qualifications and other supporting materials required by the post. If the recruitment position has "direction" requirements for the discipline major, but the academic degree certificate cannot reflect it, the candidate should provide the transcript of each semester or the relevant certificate of the graduation institution (department) that can effectively support the "direction" requirements of the recruitment major during the qualification review. Graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2024 can apply for the examination with the transcripts of each semester and employment recommendation forms stamped with the seal of the institutions they graduated from (2024 graduates of foreign universities can provide admission certificates, majors, courses (including transcripts of each semester) and corresponding formal translation materials and other supporting materials] to participate in the qualification review, and should obtain the corresponding academic degree certificates before July 31, 2024 at the latest, otherwise the employment qualification will be cancelled.
If the candidate is a formal staff member of an organ or public institution, he or she must issue a "Commitment to Honest Application for Staff of Organs and Public Institutions" during the on-site qualification review, and if he or she cannot provide the "Commitment to Honest Application for Staff of Organs and Public Institutions" on time or is verified to be in the minimum service period, he or she will be disqualified from entering the follow-up link and hiring.
If the candidate who enters the qualification review cannot be contacted due to the inaccurate communication method provided by the candidate, refuses to answer the phone, etc., the recruiter can notify by means of text message, official website announcement, etc., and those who fail to participate in the review as required will be deemed to have given up their interview qualifications.
Those who pass the qualification review will enter the next link; those who fail to pass the qualification review or give up voluntarily after being confirmed to be qualified can fill the vacancy according to the total score of the written examination of public subjects of the candidates applying for the post from high to low, and whether to make up and the number of times of replacement shall be determined by the recruiting unit and its competent department in conjunction with the comprehensive personnel management department of public institutions in Wanzhou District. If there is a tie in the total score of the written test of the replacement candidates, they will be tied to enter the next link. If the on-site qualification review is unqualified, the reason shall be explained to the candidate.

The results of the interview will be announced on the spot and signed by the candidates.
Interviews include professional interviews (only for Category B positions) and comprehensive interviews. Among them, the professional interview adopts the method of trial lecture or professional practice, mainly to test the candidate's professional theory and professional practice ability, with a score of 100 points and a time of not less than 10 minutes, and the comprehensive interview adopts a structured interview method, which mainly considers the candidate's language expression, comprehensive analysis, logical thinking, team consciousness and professional quality, etc., with a score of 100 points and a time of not less than 10 minutes.
