The police immediately conducted a breath alcohol test on Yang, and the result was 44mg/100ml, which met the standard for driving a motor vehicle after drinking. It is understood that early that morning, Yang and his friends went from Luodian to a friend's house in Duyun for a banquet, Yang thought that he would drink something in the morning and drive at night should be fine, so he drank a bottle of beer during breakfast, and then did not drink it again. Unexpectedly, he was still found to be drunk driving at night.
In the end, the police temporarily suspended the motor vehicle driver's license for 6 months, recorded 12 points, and fined 1,000 yuan for Yang's behavior of driving a motor vehicle after drinking alcohol in accordance with the law.
