What makes Ke Wenzhe angry about the DPP is that the DPP chose to "fall into the ground" at this time. Democratic Progressive Party Taipei City Councilor Jian Shupei jumped out to expose Ke Wenzhe's "incriminating evidence" and demanded that Ke Wenzhe explain why Shin Kong Life Insurance Group won the bid at an ultra-low price of NT$4.4 billion for the bidding of two pieces of land in the Beitou Shilin Science and Technology Park in Beitou City.
Jian Shupei also said that the daughter of the chairman of Shin Kong Life Insurance Group is Wu Xinying, and Wu Xinying is the representative of the People's Party, and she has partnered with Ke Wenzhe to run for the leadership of the Taiwan region in 2023.

The DPP's choice of this time to attack Ko Wenzhe is purposeful. Taiping Island is an island located in the northwest corner of the Zhenghe Reef in the northern part of the Nansha Islands in the South China Sea, with an area of 0.43 square kilometers and 600 kilometers away from Taiwan.
