Recently, the demonstration report on the local adjustment of the control regulations of the XH030203-01 plot of Jiangcun Wenxin Unit was announced.
The planned project is located in the Wenxin unit of Jiangcun, Xihu District, Hangzhou, with a total land area of 8.0 hectares with Chongren Road in the east, Qingchuan Street in the south, Hongde Road in the west, and Wenyi West Road in the north.

In order to implement the space of cultural facilities, improve the supporting facilities of public service facilities, and improve the living quality of the area, it is proposed to make detailed adjustments to the plots. The specific adjustments are as follows:
The original XH0203-01 plot is a commercial/institutional group land (B/A), and the plot is now adjusted into three sub-plots, namely:
Plot XH0203-01 (1) is a cultural land compatible with urban social service facilities (A2/RCS), with a land area of 2.02 hectares, a plot ratio of 1.9, a building density of 35%, a green space rate of 35%, and a building height of 36 meters (limited);
Plot XH0203-01 (2) is a primary and secondary school land (A33), with a land area of 2.44 hectares, a plot ratio of 1.0, a building density of 30%, a green space rate of 35%, and a building height of 24 meters;
Plot XH0203-01 (3) is a second-class urban residential land (R2), with a land area of 3.55 hectares, a plot ratio of 1.01, a building density of 32%, a green space rate of 30%, and a building height of 15 meters.
