Rushankou Bridge is currently the largest single main span suspension bridge in the province. After the completion of the bridge, the Weiyan section of the G228 Dandong Line will be completed. At the same time, the travel time for people on both sides of the strait by land will be shortened from the current 50 minutes to about 5 minutes.
During the "May Day" period, the bridge entered the final stage of the erection of the main cable. The construction team needs to work 24 hours a day at an altitude of 100 meters above the sea to ensure that the main cable is erected.
The main cable is the "lifeline" of the bridge, and the main cable cannot be replaced during the life cycle of the bridge. Therefore, the erection of each cable strand is related to the safety of the bridge. Zhang Fujie, deputy production manager of the Rushankou Bridge project of the fifth company of the second public bureau of CCCC, told reporters that due to the influence of thermal expansion and cold contraction, the line type of the main cable will change, and the position of each control point will also be affected. They adopt the construction mode of "daytime traction and night cable adjustment" to ensure the accuracy and construction progress of cable strand installation.
"Before the holiday, we planned and arranged in advance, and invested more than 70 workers to work overtime to catch up with the schedule. During the holidays, we will complete the erection of all the main cable strands of the bridge. After the holidays, we will also carry out cable tightening work on the main cable unit of the bridge. Although the balloon is only about 2 mm in diameter, it can hardly feel the weight in your hand, but it has excellent pressure resistance, and the pressure resistance value can be up to 10 times that of ordinary car tires. What makes Wang Shunli so "anxious" is the latest 500H underwater intelligent robot developed by Zhizhen Technology in the past two years. Resembling a "small yellow fish", the 500H is the first to use vector propulsion technology for underwater exploration equipment, so that it can independently complete the retreat, heave and adjustment actions underwater. "With the help of our self-developed communication module, the 500H can also realize real-time signal transmission, helping customers understand the underwater situation and draw a map of the seabed. The in-depth research and development is exchanged for the continuous refresh of the "progress bar" of equipment research and development. Since the successful development of the "1.0" version, the 500H has successfully completed three exploration missions on the seabed of the South China Sea. After the completion of this round of sea trials, the 500H will be further upgraded in Weihai and then returned to the detection sites in Qiandao Lake and the South China Sea.
