Physical illnesses are explicit and easy to treat, while psychological illnesses are invisible and can be tricky to treat. In the eyes of ancient Chinese medicine, the first medical scientist to propose the prescription of mental illness was the medical saint Zhang Zhongjing, among which the treatment of lily disease and dirty irritability is a stroke of genius. But in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, the first to take Yu Zheng to the extreme is Zhu Danxi, one of the four masters of Jin Yuan.
It is true that many incurable diseases are related to phlegm and stasis, but there is one of the most difficult causes in the world, that is, depression, because this pathogenic factor is often difficult to prevent. However, Zhu Danxi, one of the four masters of Jin Yuan, pioneered the theory of six depressions, and created a very classic miracle recipe for this purpose, the whole recipe of five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine, but it can sweep away the six depressions, sweeping away the haze in the mind and body. So, what exactly is this wonderful recipe? It is the Etsuju Pill.
When it comes to Yueju Pills, many people may not be very clear, because its limelight has been divided between Xiaoyaosan and Chai Hu Shugansan, however, what many people don't know is that the wonderful use of Yueju Pills is not comparable to Xiaoyaosan and Chai Hu Shugansan. According to the record of "Danxi Heart Method", the whole formula of Yueju Pill is composed of five flavors of Chinese medicine, "Atractylodes atractylodes, incense, Fuxiong, Shenqu, and gardenia", according to the original recipe of the production method, the five flavors of Chinese medicine are first ground into fine powder, and the water is panned into pills, such as the size of mung beans, and the pills are taken twice a day, twice a day, with warm boiled water.
Yueju Pill only uses five flavors of Chinese medicine, but it can sweep the six depressions, and it is indeed a master of prescription. So, what kind of secret does it contain in such a wonderful prescription? The whole recipe takes Chuanxiong and Atractylodes as the king's medicine, and always relieves all depressions, among which Chuanxiong is a good way to open qi and depress, invigorate blood and dispel stasis, Atractylodes atractylodes strengthens the spleen and helps to transport it, Xuantong is dry and damp, and the two flavors are combined to lead the whole formula; with incense as a subordinate medicine, I mainly play the role of diverging qi, soothing the liver and relieving depression, and the combination of incense and Chuanxiong and Atractylodes atractylodes three flavors of traditional Chinese medicine is the iron triangle of relieving depression and becoming the core of the whole formula; with gardenia as an adjuvant, it mainly plays a role in purging fire and relieving fever. The effect of clearing the heart and removing troubles, using the Divine Comedy as a medicine, mainly focuses on regulating the middle and lower qi, eliminating food and stomach, so as not to hurt the spleen.
The wonder of Yueju Pill lies in the "advanced foresight ability", because as early as the Zhu Danxi period, although Yu Zheng was valued, Yu Zheng may still be a "drop in the ocean" in the suffering of the people. However, with the gradual acceleration of the pace of life in modern society, the gradual increase of work pressure, the gradual change of dietary structure, and the gradual evolution of the climate and environment, under the "heavy pressure" of many aspects, people have symptoms such as lung qi not dropping, heart qi depression, liver qi disorder, and spleen and stomach weakness [1], which also makes depression syndrome commonplace in modern times. As Zhu Danxi said, "Once there is depression, all diseases will be born", and it is precisely because of this that uprooting depression is the best policy. However, Yueju Pill has the advantages of stable effect of traditional Chinese medicine and few side effects, as well as the rapid antidepressant characteristics of ketamine, so Yueju Pill has great advantages in the treatment of depression [2].
The wonderful use of Yueju pills, antidepressants are inescapable, however, for the pharmacological research of Yueju pills, although it has not yet reached the point of blowing chaff and seeing the valley, it has also been thrown bricks. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Yueju pills have antidepressant, protective gastrointestinal tract, liver, heart, and metabolic effects, and are widely used in the treatment of diseases in internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, andrology, pediatrics, dermatology, otolaryngology, oncology, and infectious diseases [3]. I have to say that blindly Yueju Pill is a "general prescription" and a "stepping stone" for "where you need to move".
In modern clinical practice, Yueju pills, a Chinese patent medicine, mainly include pills and tablets, but they are all processed based on the "Danxi Heart Method" Yueju pill formula, so the main efficacy is roughly similar. In modern clinical practice, Yueju Pill is a Chinese patent medicine and its addition and subtraction prescriptions, which can be used to treat gastrointestinal neurosis, gastrointestinal disorders, peptic ulcer, chronic gastritis, biliary system infection, cholelithiasis, chronic hepatitis, intercostal neuralgia, mental disorders, plum core qi, dysmenorrhea, and migraine, intractable secondary epilepsy, hypokalemia, coronary heart disease, cerebral thrombosis, intractable oral ulcers, amenorrhea, pelvic inflammatory disease [4], gastric neurosis, migraine, concussion sequelae, chronic cholecystitis, schizophrenia [5] As long as the syndrome differentiation belongs to the patients with stagnation such as qi, blood, dampness, phlegm, fire, and food depression, it can be used as a chemical treatment. I have to say that the Koshiju Pill is really a classic recipe.
As a classic prescription for anti-depression, Yueju Pill gives full play to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine "heart disease still needs heart medicine" and "all diseases still need to be cured from the root", although on the surface it only has the effect of regulating qi and relieving depression, widening and removing fullness, it is only for the treatment of chest stuffiness, abdominal fullness, diet stagnation, belching and acid swallowing and other diseases, but it is deeply anti-depression and the tension brought about by depression relief, and it is precisely because of this that it gives this prescription infinite possibilities of vitality. For the use of Yueju pills, there are several points that need to be paid attention to in clinical practice, one is allergic constitution, yin deficiency and fire, pregnant women, should not be used; children, lactating women, menstruating women and the elderly and frail people should also be used with caution; second, during the medication, we should keep a comfortable mood in the state of mind, avoid irritation, pay attention to light diet, and avoid spicy, greasy, and irritating food.
