This year, in order to take the initiative to resolve the impact of drought and industrial restructuring on the income of surplus labor, maximize the employment of key groups, and increase the income of residents, Yongchang County will carry out a series of recruitment activities in 2024 "Spring Breeze Action" and "Five Guarantees and Promote Income Increase", fully implement the policy of benefiting enterprises and benefiting the people, establish a two-way docking platform, ensure the employment of key enterprises, help the masses stabilize income and increase income, and create a new employment path with local characteristics according to local conditions.
Yongchang County has carried out a carpet survey of the employment objects and labor demand base of key groups in the county, established two lists of "job supply" and "employment demand" by classification, and actively cooperated with departments such as industry and information technology, development and reform, transportation, and natural resources, giving full play to the functional role of the department, deeply tapping the potential of resources, and making every effort to ensure the supply of jobs. At the same time, personnel were dispatched to visit key enterprises on the spot, and hundreds of household units were actively contacted, and invitations were issued to 10 human resource service agencies to reserve positions for job fairs.
In mid-April, Yongchang County's 2024 "Five Guarantees to Promote Income Increase" New and Continued Project On-site Job Fair was held in the County Culture and Fitness Plaza, and a total of 30 companies and 29 new and continued projects were invited to participate in the recruitment, providing more than 3,500 jobs on site, and set up policy consultation desks for employment and entrepreneurship, labor rights protection, social insurance, skills training, etc., and organized 4 training institutions and 3 labor dispatch agencies to provide on-site consultation and registration services.
Since the beginning of this year, Yongchang County has carried out recruitment activities in 6 townships and towns in the county, and set up 5 job delivery service teams to go deep into the village community to carry out the "warm heart to send jobs" activity, and recommend suitable employment positions to job seekers through a combination of leaflets and on-site promotion, so that job seekers and employers can accurately connect.
