Strengthen the business training of toll collection personnel, standardize the on-site business operation of toll collection, and ensure that the policy is implemented in place. Second, personnel are in place. Increase the diversion force, set up a smooth team, combined with the requirements and actual needs of free smooth work on holidays, so that the lane control is manned and the special situation is handled in an orderly manner.
Strengthen the investigation of potential safety hazards and build a strong line of defense. The first is to carry out hidden danger investigation. The station safety team conducts a comprehensive inspection of the facilities and equipment in the office area and the toll booth, the generator room, the canteen operation room and other key parts, as well as the fire-fighting equipment in the station area, to ensure the normal operation of the charging system and charging equipment during the festival. The second is to strengthen the safety management of the charging site. During holidays, 7 seats and below passenger cars are free of charge, giving full play to the responsibilities of safety supervisors, eliminating unsafe factors such as personnel staying in toll lanes, and tightening the safety chord at all times. Strictly implement the work responsibilities of "two customers and one danger" and "entrance control", and do a good job of "safety".
Carry out environmental beautification and show a new look. Thoroughly clean the on-site environment such as toll booths, lanes, squares, and toll equipment, and continue to do a good job in road area environmental improvement activities to provide a clean, comfortable and tidy traffic environment for drivers and passengers in the past.
Strengthen civilized service and establish the image of the window. Through the development of physical etiquette and civilized service training, we will continuously improve the service skills of employees, give full play to the leading role of the "Red Army Huai" service team, establish a good window shape, broaden the service radius, and provide comprehensive services such as convenient services, policy publicity, and road consultation for the majority of drivers and passengers, so as to solve the urgent needs of drivers and passengers and help them take advantage of the needs of difficult times.
