A customer service staff of Cathay Pacific told reporters that after inquiry, the flight was originally scheduled to depart from Shanghai at 16:50 on April 30 and arrive in Hong Kong at 19:30. "There was a subsequent change of route, and the departure time was delayed to 18:45, and it arrived in Shenzhen at 23:05.
