On April 30, Panzhou City held a special lecture on the rule of law in 2024, aiming to enhance the ability and level of leading cadres to use rule of law thinking and rule of law methods to deepen reform, promote development, resolve contradictions, maintain stability, and respond to risks, empower the high-quality development of Panzhou with the rule of law, and promote the comprehensive rule of law to achieve new results.
This special lecture invited Zhao Qing, member of the adjudication committee of the Shuicheng District People's Court of Liupanshui City and third-level senior judge, and Ning Hua, associate professor of law and master's tutor of the Party School of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee, to give lectures on "administrative law enforcement and administrative litigation practice" and "in-depth study of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law and accelerate the comprehensive governance of the country according to law".
The lecture was trained in the form of video and telephone conference to the members of the party and government groups of each township (town, street) and the person in charge of the unit room of each station and all administrative law enforcement personnel, and the main responsible persons of the relevant departments of each development zone, industrial park, and municipal government, and the person in charge of the construction of the rule of law in the administrative law enforcement unit participated in the training at the main venue.
