My living room is only 10 square meters, but I don't have any envy for other people's mansions. Yes, you heard it right, although this number may seem a bit cramped to many, to me it is a world of possibilities.
The studio is 3.27 meters, and the original sense of space is not open. However, when I decided to remove the sliding door, close the balcony and replace it with a system window, the whole living room felt like it had been given a new lease of life. Sunlight pours softly through the carefully designed windows, and each soft brick seems to tell the secret of expanding the space, making this small home instantly appear more spacious and bright.
Not only that, but I also made clever use of the space on both sides of the balcony. On one side, I designed a built-in storage cabinet that fits perfectly into the washer and dryer so that it doesn't take up extra space and is convenient for everyday use. On the other side, the laundry area and the water supply and water systems for the sweeper are carefully arranged. Such a layout not only saves space, but also makes life orderly.
Of course, the issue of storage cannot be ignored. To do this, I added extra cabinets on both sides of the balcony to store miscellaneous items. Not only does this greatly improve storage capacity, but it also makes the most of every inch of space in your home.
When my friends visit, they are amazed at how this small living room can accommodate so many functions and details, and I smile. Because I know that this small home is the harbor that I have carved with my heart, a warm place that is not limited by size.
In this small space, I learned great wisdom. I learned that happiness is not determined by the size of the house, but by how we fill those spaces. So, no matter how big or small the space you live in, as long as you manage it with your heart, it can become your corner of happiness. The picture comes from @里梨
