On the morning of May 1, the wharf of the central fishing port in Lanshan District was busy, and all the fishing vessels that should be suspended for fishing were returning to their home port at 12 noon. In order to ensure the management of the rest and to achieve "the return of ships to the port and the disembarkation of people", the Lanshan District Marine Development Bureau relies on the integrated platform of smart fishing port and fishery fishing vessel supervision to grasp the trend of fishing vessels in a timely manner, and effectively improve the level of modernization, intelligence and precision of fishery vessel management.
"The Lanshan District Smart Fishing Port Platform can supervise all fishing vessels in an all-round way, and can check the navigation status and return status of fishing vessels in real time. At present, from the platform, most of the ships are on their way back to port. Fishing boats with open sails are on their way back to port, and fishing boats with unopened sails are setting up their nets and preparing to return to port. The reporter learned that the smart platform system integrates fishing port management, fishing vessel management, crew management, marine meteorology, real-time early warning, real-time rescue, and real-time video, and connects with the authoritative electronic charts and boundary services of the national, provincial and municipal departments and co-management departments, which solves the problems of difficult supervision and management of ship operations, untimely and inaccurate ship data collection, and greatly improves the level of supervision of fishing vessels during the fishing moratorium.
"During the holiday period, we supervise the positions of all fishing vessels in Hong Kong 24 hours a day, and the platform is marked with an electronic fence, and if any fishing vessel goes to sea in violation of regulations, the platform will carry out real-time alarms. Huang Shengwei said.
With regard to the management of the fishing moratorium, in addition to "technical defense", the "civil air defense" force is not slackened. Lanshan District strengthens the communication and cooperation of all units and departments, implements the 24-hour duty system of the fishing port management workstation, ensures the management of the fishing port bayonet, and strictly approves one ship and releases one.
