In order to further promote the professional growth of young teachers, improve their professional quality, hone their teaching skills, optimize the overall quality, create an atmosphere of mutual learning and common progress, and form a good situation of "promoting teaching by competition, learning by competition, and training by competition", on April 30, the Education and Sports Bureau of Longting District held the second Youth League member teacher basic skills competition in Wenchang Primary School, and carried out the basic skills competition for young teachers with the theme of "showing skills, shining style, strengthening internal skills, and promoting development". 36 teachers from 19 schools and kindergartens in the district recommended to participate in the competition on the basis of the preliminary competition of each school, Guo Shijun, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the District Education and Sports Bureau, and Feng Xiaoshuo, Deputy Director of the District Education and Sports Bureau, participated in the event, which was presided over by Zhang Ruifang, Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee of the District Education and Sports Bureau.
The competition is divided into four parts, which will be carried out in the form of on-site writing and live performance. Educational story display link: Tell the educational stories of teachers in their work with dedication, values education, class management, teacher-student communication, home-school co-education, etc., and present teachers' professional quality and educational feelings. Case defense: Cases are randomly selected on the spot, analyzed and answered on the spot, and strategies and methods to solve problems are proposed, showing the practical wisdom of teachers. Hard pen calligraphy session: Teachers write the ancient poem "Spring Day" to show the solid basic teaching skills of youth league members. Talent show: show their strengths in various art forms such as vocal music, dance, painting, piano, etc., reflecting the comprehensive quality and professional charm of youth league members and teachers in the education and sports system of Longting District.
Director Guo Shijun put forward three hopes for youth league members and teachers: first, through competitions, learn from each other and improve their own education and teaching level; second, cultivate educational feelings and truly educate people for the party and the country. The third is to take the initiative to take responsibility, highlight the action, strive to be the promoter and builder of Longting education, and contribute their youth strength to Longting education.
On the basis of the first competition, the Youth League members and teachers of the basic skills competition adhered to the theme of inheritance and innovation, and actively cultivated high-quality talents in education. The Education and Sports Bureau of Longting District has built a platform for the exchange and learning between youth league members and teachers through competitions, set a benchmark for improving the quality of education, guided and encouraged young teachers to continuously improve their own quality, and then created school education and teaching characteristics, and planned a layout for Longting Education to create a high-quality and high-quality young teacher team.
