First, the content of the activity
The "2024 Futian District Summer Automobile Consumption Subsidy Activity" is hosted by the Futian District People's Government and undertaken by the Futian District Bureau of Industry and Information Technology (Bureau of Commerce). From May 1 to June 15, 2024, individual consumers can apply for car purchase subsidies when purchasing cars (new cars) from automobile dealerships included in the statistics of retail trade above designated size in Futian District. The total amount of car purchase subsidy in this event is 30 million yuan, and the total amount is controlled, and the application order is first-come, first-served.
Second, the subsidy standard
This activity is divided into four levels of subsidies according to the ticket price (tax included) of the car purchase, each level sets the total amount of subsidies, the highest subsidy standard, the minimum subsidy standard and the upper limit of the amount of applications, under the premise of not reaching the upper limit of the number of applications and not exceeding the maximum subsidy standard of a single unit, all applicants who meet the conditions for the subsidy will equally distribute the total amount of the subsidy of the stall (the result of the allocation amount is taken as an integer part, and the unit is yuan). If the number of applicants for each stall reaches the upper limit of the number of applications for the corresponding stall, the stall will stop accepting new applications.
- The first tranche: the amount is 100,000 yuan (inclusive) - 200,000 yuan (exclusive), the total subsidy is 7 million yuan, the maximum subsidy is 8,000 yuan per unit, the minimum subsidy is 2,000 yuan, and the upper limit of the number of applications is 3,500 vehicles;
- The second level: the amount is 200,000 yuan (inclusive) - 300,000 yuan (exclusive), the total subsidy is 10 million yuan, the maximum subsidy is 9,000 yuan per unit, the minimum subsidy is 4,000 yuan, and the upper limit of the number of applications is 2,500 vehicles;
- Tier 3: The amount is 300,000 yuan (inclusive) - 500,000 yuan (exclusive), the total subsidy is 9 million yuan, the maximum subsidy is 10,000 yuan per unit, the minimum subsidy is 6,000 yuan, and the upper limit of the number of applications is 1,500 vehicles;
- Tier 4: The amount is more than 500,000 yuan (inclusive), the total subsidy is 4 million yuan, the maximum subsidy is 12,000 yuan per unit, the minimum subsidy is 8,000 yuan, and the upper limit of the number of applications is 500 vehicles.
3. Subsidy objects and application conditions
(1) Subsidy objects
Eligible Individual Consumers.
(2) To apply for the subsidy, the following conditions must be met at the same time:
1. Consumers buy cars (new cars) from automobile dealerships included in the statistics of retail trade above designated size in Futian District;
2. The time of purchase of the car by the consumer shall be within the activity period, and the time recorded on the payment voucher and invoice shall prevail, that is, the time displayed on the payment voucher and the time of issuance of the invoice are from May 1 to June 15, 2024;
3. The purchased vehicle must be registered in the person's name;
4. The purchased vehicle must be a fuel car or new energy car with emission standards above China VI (included in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "Catalogue of Recommended Models for the Promotion and Application of New Energy Vehicles").
5. The purchased vehicle must be a new car and meet the requirements of the Ministry of Public Security's "Terms and Definitions of Motor Vehicle Types" (GA802-2019) in the classification table of motor vehicle specifications and terms.
6. Commercial vehicles and special vehicles are not within the scope of the subsidy.
(3) Participating car dealers
As of the start of the activity, automobile dealerships that have been included in the statistics of retail trade above designated size in Futian District and are in normal operation.

4. Application materials
The application materials to be submitted by the subsidy applicant include:
1. Applicant's valid identity document (Mainland residents should submit a valid second-generation resident ID card, and Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreigners should submit valid documents such as Mainland Travel Permit, Mainland Travel Permit or Residence Permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents, and Residence Permit or Passport for Foreigners);
2. Proof of payment for car purchase (POS receipts for card purchases, screenshots of bank/WeChat/Alipay transfers, etc., which must show the name of the receiving company and the payment time is within the activity period);
3. Car purchase invoice (the invoice is issued within the activity period);
4. Newly purchased vehicle driving license;
5. The applicant's bank account information (personal savings card account);
6. Other materials (under special circumstances, supporting materials need to be supplemented).
5. Application process
Implement the method of "zero errands, paperless, and online application". Eligible subsidy applicants can enter the "2024 Futian District Summer Automobile Consumption Subsidy Activity Zone" (online around May 15) through the China UnionPay "UnionPay App" (real-name verification and login required), and apply online according to the system prompts.
1. Submit the information to lock in the subsidy quota preliminarily: The applicant submits all the application materials at one time through the "UnionPay APP" platform according to the system prompts, and the system will make a preliminary judgment on the uploaded materials, and the subsidy quota will be locked after the submission is successful. The total amount of subsidy for each stall is controlled, and if the number of applicants reaches the upper limit of the number of applications for the corresponding stall, the stall will stop accepting new applications;
2. Material review: review the information submitted by the applicant, and the list of qualified candidates will be publicized on the sub-website of the "Futian Government Online" department "Futian District Industry and Information Technology Bureau" (no less than 5 working days);
3. Subsidy distribution: After the expiration of the publicity period, the subsidy funds will be issued to the applicants who have no objection to the publicity.
6. Precautions
1. The applicant for the car purchase subsidy, the owner of the newly purchased vehicle, the purchaser shown on the new car sales invoice, the owner on the new car driving license and the owner of the bank account receiving the car purchase subsidy must be the same natural person. If you do not belong to the same natural person, you will not be able to receive the subsidy funds.
2. The applicant for the car purchase subsidy shall be responsible for the completeness and authenticity of the application materials, and those who fail to provide complete and effective materials will not be able to obtain financial subsidy funds. Those who provide false information, maliciously apply, or fraudulently obtain subsidies will be investigated for relevant responsibilities in accordance with the law.
3. Each automobile dealership shall accurately introduce to consumers the application of the vehicles sold to this policy, and shall not mislead or deceive consumers, otherwise they will be held accountable.
4. There is no need to pay any fees for this car purchase subsidy business.
5. This subsidy project does not accept any intermediary agency to declare, once it is found that the intermediary declares on behalf of the agent, the declaration qualification will be cancelled according to the situation.
