In order to meet the needs of the development of health care and further optimize the structure of the medical team, Sihong County, Jiangsu Province, is openly recruiting 52 medical graduates (formal career establishment) for full-time college graduates. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Overview of Sihong, Jiangsu

Sihong County, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province is located in the northwest of Jiangsu, the lower reaches of the Huai River, east of Hongze Lake, west of Anhui border, located in the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone and Jiangsu coastal economic belt cross radiation area, administrative area of 2731 square kilometers, population of 1.1 million, is China's famous hometown of liquor, crab township, eco-tourism township, the national "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" practice and innovation base.

Second, the recruitment target

2024 fresh medical graduates with bachelor's degree or above (must obtain the corresponding academic degree before August 31, 2024), 2024 fresh medical graduates with a master's degree or above (must obtain the corresponding academic degree and licensed physician qualification certificate before August 31, 2024 according to the job requirements; and obtain the standardized training certificate for resident physicians before December 31, 2024), candidates who have not obtained the relevant certificates within the specified time will have their employment contracts cancelled. 3. Application conditions and related requirements

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws and have good conduct;

3. Have the physical condition to perform duties normally;

5. Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply for the examination:

(1) Non-2024 graduates of regular colleges and universities;

(2) Those who have been expelled from the Party, the Youth League, or higher education;

(3) Those who have received a major demerit or have been placed on probation in the Party (school), or have not yet completed the period of punishment;

(4) The examinee has been found to have "serious untrustworthy conduct" for less than 3 years, or "serious untrustworthy conduct" for less than 5 years. 6. 4. Recruitment Procedures

The recruitment work was organized by the Sihong County Health Bureau, and was implemented in accordance with the steps of announcement, registration and qualification review, written examination, interview, inspection and publicity, physical examination and employment approval.

(1) Announce recruitment matters

(2) Registration and qualification review

The registration work is organized and implemented by the Sihong County Health Bureau, and is carried out through email registration and qualification review, and all applicants are exempt from the examination fee.

1. Registration.

(1) Registration time: May 10, 2024 - May 16, 2024, candidates download the registration form (Annex 2), fill in the relevant information truthfully according to the job requirements, and insert the candidate's recent headless electronic ID photo (jpg format, size below 80KB) in the form, upload the "Employment Agreement for Graduates of Ordinary Colleges and Universities" and fill in the position (Annex 1) announced in this announcement, and each person is limited to one position.

(2) Registration method: email registration. Candidates should carefully compare the application conditions stipulated in the recruitment announcement and the major, education, recruitment object and other qualifications in the "Job Profile Form" (Annex 1), etc., and those who do not meet any of the requirements of the recruitment announcement are not allowed to register. If it is found that the applicant does not meet the qualifications for the position applied for during the qualification review, the qualification for the examination will be cancelled, and the applicant shall bear the responsibility.

2. Qualification review. Candidates who have successfully registered and the preliminary examination of qualifications through the email address must participate in the qualification review, and the time and place are arranged as follows:

Candidates are requested to bring all valid documents and materials that meet the requirements of the application conditions to the designated place for qualification review within the specified time: (1) registration form (Annex 2, in duplicate) ;(2) second-generation ID card within the validity period (the front and back are copied on the same paper) ;(3) "Employment Agreement for Graduates of Ordinary Colleges and Universities" issued by the school department ;(4) 2 2-inch photos of myself; (5) Licensed physician qualification certificate required by the application position, (6) Medical graduates with a bachelor's degree or above who are not employed in 2022 and 2023 who meet the recruitment positions need to provide a letter of commitment that they are not employed during the career selection period;(7) Graduates who are commissioned, oriented, or jointly organized must also provide a certificate of consent issued by the commission, orientation, and joint organization of the application, and are approved by the institution where they are located. After review, those who fail to provide all the original valid documents and materials on time according to the above requirements, those who do not participate in the on-site confirmation within the specified time (if the candidates cannot be notified or contacted due to their own reasons, the responsibility and consequences shall be borne by the candidates), those who provide false information online or fail the on-site confirmation, and the candidates give up the on-site confirmation, their examination qualifications will be cancelled. The list of candidates who enter the written test and interview will be announced at the qualification review site.

If the number of people who have passed the qualification review does not reach the ratio of 1:3, the examination will be organized according to the actual number of applicants.

3. Exams. The examination is organized by the Sihong County Health Bureau, and the examination time and place are conducted after the qualification review (the detailed time and place are subject to the notice). The examination method is determined according to the registration situation (if the number of successful applicants exceeds 5 times the number of recruits, the necessary written test will be organized according to the actual situation, and the candidates will be determined to participate in the interview according to the proportion of 3 times the number of job recruitment plans according to the candidates' written test scores from high to low; the interview will take the form of structured interview). The written test score must reach 50 points to pass, and for positions that are not competitive, candidates must achieve 60 points to pass the written test. The interview score must reach 60 points to pass, and the interview result will be communicated to the candidate on the spot.

After the examination, according to the order of the total score from high to low (if the interview score is also the same, the examination will be organized separately to determine), and the candidates will be determined according to the ratio of 1:1 of the number of job recruitment plans.

4. Investigation and publicity. The inspection is organized and implemented after the interview, and is carried out through individual interviews, access to archives, etc. The inspection work is to be carried out in accordance with the "Jiangsu Provincial Measures for the Recruitment and Investigation of State Civil Servants (Trial)", and the personal credit situation and illegal and criminal records of the subject of the investigation are included in the scope of the investigation. The qualified candidates for the inspection are the personnel to be hired, sign a tripartite agreement, and publicize the proposed employment on the Sihong County People's Government Network, the publicity period is 7 working days, the publicity period expires, and the personnel with no objection are announced as candidates for the shortlisted physical examination.

5. Medical examination and employment. The physical examination shall be organized and implemented in accordance with the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial). Candidates who pass the physical examination and obtain the graduation certificate and degree certificate within the specified time shall go through the formal employment procedures. The medical examination time will be notified separately.

In this recruitment work, candidates give up or fail to pass the inspection in the inspection process, and if there is a vacancy, they will be filled in turn according to the test results from high to low. Vacancies in physical examination, employment and other links will no longer be filled.

6. Post-employment management. The list of personnel to be hired shall be reported to the county human resources and social security department by the Sihong County Health Bureau for the record, go through the relevant employment approval procedures, sign the employment contract of the public institution, and agree on the service period. In addition to terminating the employment contract in accordance with laws and regulations, the hired personnel who are less than 6 months from the end of the service period shall not be transferred in any form, and shall not participate in the open recruitment of various local public institutions in Jiangsu Province.

The probationary period of hired personnel shall be implemented in accordance with national regulations. If the probationary is not qualified, the employment contract shall be terminated.

5. Discipline and supervision
