Hualong Network News (Reporter Qin Sisi) "What can you do with yellowed fallen leaves?" On April 30, a labor practice class that runs through the concept of ecological environmental protection and aesthetic education knowledge was carried out in Yunshan Primary School in Beibei District.
On the same day, 12 volunteers from the Academy of Fine Arts of Southwest University explained the concept of ecological environmental protection and aesthetic education knowledge to the students of Yunshan Primary School, as well as the origin of the broom, at the Labor Day theme aesthetic education activity of "Collecting Colorful Fallen Leaves and Painting the Beauty of Labor" planned by the Meimei and Gong Aesthetic Education Service of Southwest University. In the school playground, volunteers led primary school students to pick up fallen leaves for "garbage classification", and the leaves were completely picked up to make "small brooms of leaves", and the broken leaves were swept into the floor painting area to form a "land landscape art work".

Chao Keli, founder of the Meimei and Gong Aesthetic Education Service Society of Southwest University, introduced that the activity revolves around the four links of "speaking", "creating", "fighting" and "exhibition", organically combining aesthetic education and labor education, and volunteers lead the students of Yunshan Primary School to clean up the fallen leaves on campus in the form of "big hands holding small hands", classify them according to visual elements such as color and shape, and make labor tools by hand around the theme of labor, and use dead branches and fallen leaves as materials to complete a huge theme creation on the ground. Since its establishment in 2022, the club has continued to explore the innovative path of "aesthetic education +", integrated aesthetic education and various cultural carriers, and entered point-to-point rural communities to carry out comprehensive aesthetic education infiltration services in a normalized and long-term manner. This activity used fun art to guide the children to experience a special Labor Day, which deepened their understanding of the spirit of labor.
