✅ Steps:

1️⃣: Wash the pork belly, cut it into thick slices (it is too thin and there is no one when you roast it), put the cut pork belly in a large bowl, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, barbecue materials, light soy sauce, mix and massage evenly with your hands, and marinate for more than 10 minutes;

2️⃣: Put tin foil in the air fryer, first spread a layer of onion slices (to remove the smell and increase the flavor), and then spread the marinated meat slices up, not overlapping, spray a thin layer of cooking oil on the surface;

3️⃣: The air fryer can be grilled at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, it is really better than the barbecue restaurant, you can use fresh lettuce leaves to roll and eat, the thief is on the head!
