This is the first shipment of goods exported by the city using the supervision mode of "cross-border e-commerce special area export overseas warehouse retail business", marking the official landing of this new cross-border e-commerce supervision model in Chongqing.
The retail business of exporting overseas warehouses in special areas of cross-border e-commerce, also known as the 1210 customs supervision method, is applicable to cross-border e-commerce goods exported through special customs supervision areas or bonded supervision places. This model can realize the tax rebate when entering the area, which has the advantages of simple tax rebate process, short cycle, high efficiency, and reducing the operating pressure of production enterprises.

At present, the Xiyong Customs District has achieved full coverage of cross-border e-commerce export supervision modes such as cross-border e-commerce retail general import and export, cross-border e-commerce B2B direct export, and cross-border e-commerce export overseas warehouse.
In the first quarter of this year, Xiyong cross-border e-commerce industrial park completed foreign trade import and export volume of 3.335 billion yuan, an increase of 51.1%.
