Relying on the existing 107 greenhouses, in addition to morel mushroom planting, Fenghuang Village also actively grows tomatoes, peppers, rape and other seasonal vegetables, forming a characteristic fungus and vegetable base, and selling all kinds of fungus and vegetable products to school canteens and enterprises in Chengya Industrial Park.
As of 2024, the village will develop 200 acres of fungus and vegetable bases, provide more than 120 jobs, and achieve an average income increase of more than 3,500 yuan for villagers.
According to the relevant person in charge of the village-based work team of Fenghuang Village, Qianjin Town, in the next step, Fenghuang Village will plan to build a mushroom and vegetable base composite industry demonstration area and a Fenghuang Village collective economic integration demonstration area, and create N service points such as research, exhibition, experience, special catering, and health tourism, so as to cultivate farming culture and folk culture, improve the industrial chain, expand industrial functions, and broaden income channels, so as to build Fenghuang Village into a model for rural revitalization.
