1. Remove toner

A test circuit was printed on thermal transfer paper using a laser printer. A single-sided copper clad laminate is cleaned with dilute hydrochloric acid. Next, prepare to use this thermal transfer machine to transfer toner to the copper clad laminate. Wait for the heat transfer machine temperature to rise to 125 degrees. Cut the heat transfer paper, and when the temperature of the heat transfer machine reaches 125 degrees, cover the heat transfer paper on the copper clad laminate. Close the transfer machine, wait for 25 seconds, take out the copper clad laminate, uncover the heat transfer paper, you can see that the circuit toner has been transferred and adsorbed on the copper clad laminates. Now it's time to get excited, spraying the adhesive remover on the copper clad laminate and making it easy to remove the toner using hand paper. The effect of removal is very good.
