The 2024 Zhongguancun Forum Global Women in Science and Technology Innovation Forum was held in Beijing on April 27. Chen Yiqin, State Councilor and President of the All-China Women's Federation, attended the forum and delivered a speech, and Huang Xiaowei, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group, Vice Chairman and First Secretary of the Secretariat of the All-China Women's Federation, presided over the forum's speech.
With the theme of "Stimulating Her Vitality and Creating New Kinetic Energy", the forum featured keynote speeches by internationally renowned mathematician Chengtong Yau, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Wang Zhizhen, former Director-General of UNESCO Irina Bokova, and Dean of Faculty Affairs and Planning at Harvard University's College of Arts and Sciences. Tu Youyou, China's first Nobel laureate in physiology or medicine, sent a message. Heroic astronaut Wang Yaping and female entrepreneur Dong Mingzhu participated in the roundtable discussion, promoting the cutting-edge innovation achievements of women in science and technology, and sharing their struggles. The participating leaders, on-site guests and representatives of Chunlei girls jointly launched the "Spring Bud Project - Dream of the Future" action - Spring Bud Science and Technology Girls New Cycle Project to improve girls' scientific and technological literacy and digital skills, and help Spring Bud girls light up science and technology.
Wang Fang, Secretary of the Party Group and Chairman of the Women's Federation of the Autonomous Region, was invited to lead a team to attend the forum. At this forum, the team of Li Suping of the Academy of Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Sciences of our district won the honor of "2024 Global Women in Science and Technology Innovation Forum 100 Women's Scientific and Technological Innovation Achievements" for the three research topics of "Research and Application of High-yield and Efficient Nutrient Management and Whole Process Mechanization Technology of Edible Sunflower", Wang Xuemei's team from the Department of Nuclear Medicine of the Affiliated Hospital of Medical University "Clinical Application and Technology Promotion of Multimodal Molecular Influence in Precision Diagnosis and Treatment of Tumors", and Dong Yu's team of Medical University "Research on the Basis of Characteristic Mongolian Drug Pharmacodynamic Pharmacodynamic Substances Based on Dynamic Effect in Vivo Fusion of Pharmacological and Drug Efficacy".
