Why there is "rice fermented acid" in the deceased's body still needs to be further investigated by the relevant departments.

On April 2, Taipei City announced that on March 24, relevant departments collected relevant samples at the "Baolin Tea Room" and tested "positive for rice fermented acid", and the biological evidence collected included the chef's hands, 2 knives and 1 cutting board.

As of April 1, a total of 29 cases have been reported of the incident. According to reports, there are at least 18 reported cases of suspected food poisoning. From March 17th to 25th, there were 91 consumption records in "Baolin Tea House".
