The competition is divided into preliminary and final, the preliminary round began in late March, a total of 175 people from clinical, nursing, medical technology, and administrative participated in the competition, including theoretical examinations and skill operations.
The theoretical exam covers medicine, nursing, infection control, performance appraisal of public hospitals, DRG payment, the development of the 14th Five-Year Plan of our hospital, the first party congress and other related knowledge. The content of the skill assessment is "cardiopulmonary resuscitation".
After the preliminary selection, in the end, 42 works in the clinical group and 8 works in the management group stood out and entered the finals.
In the competition, the contestants in the clinical group adopted sitcoms, talk shows, cross talk and other popular forms to focus on the health needs of the masses, focusing on the prevention and treatment of common diseases, health management of key populations, rational use of drugs, The content of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation and other contents will be contested, turning highly professional medical knowledge into easy-to-understand and lively and interesting paragraphs, or telling medical knowledge, or conveying health concepts, or cracking fallacies and rumors, or answering public doubts, showing the breadth and depth of medical science popularization, and presenting a feast of popular science full of knowledge and creativity.
Based on the actual situation of administrative management positions, the management group players elaborated on how to improve the quality and efficiency of management with the theme of recurring problems in their work and projects such as national monitoring indicators, and scientifically and standardly applied Gantt charts, fishbone charts, and platonics, showing the lean management thinking of administrative personnel.
