Multi-channel acceptance suggestions, the masses order on demand

Since the beginning of this year, the Party Committee of Yinhong Community has solicited needs through multiple channels, relying on the WeChat group of the community and the 12345 citizen hotline to solicit the demands of residents in the community online, and offline through the "Red Property, Red Industry Committee, Red Property Management Committee Manager Reception Day", "Langting Council" and "Secretary Chen's Living Room" and other ways to collect residents' opinions from micro-grid members, community grid members, micro-grid chiefs, party members and volunteers, etc., to form a "demand list" for residents. The Party Committee of Yinhong Community regularly organizes party members, resident representatives, property management companies, owners' committees, property management committees, co-construction units and other multiple subjects to carry out party building joint meetings, consultation meetings, symposiums, etc., to fully grasp the resources, abilities and responsibilities of enterprises, property management, party members, etc., and negotiate to form a "list of co-construction resources", and at the same time combine the functional advantages of volunteers to list the "volunteer resource list" to discuss the problems and countermeasures of community governance. In the event of major issues such as community environmental improvement and public facilities improvement, the Party Committee of Yinhong Community convened the building chief, micro-grid members, business committees, property companies, and community volunteers to jointly study and formulate solutions. At present, more than 30 problems have been solved, such as the dangerous wall of Rongfa Community, the lack of street lights in Shuangzhuang New Village, and the garbage cleaning of the intermodal community.
If the community party committee can immediately solve the problem of large opinions and concentrated contradictions and demands from residents, and if it cannot be resolved for the time being, it shall be promptly registered in the "demand list" of community residents and included in the resolution procedures. Yinhong community also pays attention to the refinement and personalization of services. According to the needs of different resident groups, we provide customized service solutions. For example, for the elderly, the community provides health consultation, cultural and entertainment services, and for the young people, they provide education, training, psychological counseling and other services. So far, a total of 25 problems reported by residents have been solved, and the "warmth of chatting" has been truly realized.
Strengthen team building and take orders with multiple forces
Through independent construction and joint construction, 27 residential communities in the jurisdiction have co-ordinated the formation of 5 community party branches, sorted out and set up 85 unit building chiefs, 44 micro-grid members, and formed 34 micro-grid volunteer service teams consisting of "community grid members + building chiefs + unit chiefs + community party members + resident representatives".
