Recently, a number of applicants reported to the District Administrative Reconsideration Bureau that private cars and electric vehicles gathered around the school in a disorderly manner during the school's commuting and commuting hours, parked indiscriminately and congested traffic, resulting in prominent traffic violations, which became a "heart disease" for residents, which could not ensure the normal passage of the road, and the safety of children had also become a "worry".
In order to supervise the orderly progress of law enforcement activities in the surrounding areas of the school and create a safe and smooth environment for going to and from school, a few days ago, the District Administrative Reconsideration Bureau, together with the Legal Detachment of the District Public Security Branch and the Traffic Police Detachment of the District Public Security Bureau, carried out a road safety popularization activity with the theme of "Small Hands Holding Big Hands, Civilization Accompanying Me" for all students of Liangcheng Third Primary School.

Civilized Commuting Initiative
A unique "watch video, find problems" course, opened the road safety law popularization activity, from the District Administrative Reconsideration Bureau case review section first showed the students a short video of road traffic at the school gate, encouraging everyone to point out the traffic violations in the short film. The students at the scene raised their hands to speak, and found out the problems of illegal parking, crossing the road, and running red lights. Through this interactive speech, the students' enthusiasm and curiosity for learning were fully mobilized, and they also had a deeper knowledge and understanding of traffic safety knowledge. Subsequently, the staff issued an initiative of "civilized commuting to and from school" to the students, encouraging them to learn traffic laws, abide by traffic rules, and "take traffic safety" home, which received a positive response from the students.

Lecture on traffic safety
After the initiative, Officer Zhou Xiangan of the Hongkou Traffic Police Detachment vividly explained to the students the necessity of obeying traffic rules with a set of cartoons familiar to the students. Officer Zhou introduced various traffic signs and road traffic facilities to the students, and visually demonstrated the correct and wrong ways to pass on the road by combining pictures and videos. During this period, Officer Zhou also fully mobilized the enthusiasm of the students for interaction and participation in the form of prize questions and answers, and brought an "interesting and informative" traffic safety knowledge lecture to the students.

Solicitation of "golden ideas" for civilized pick-up and drop-off
Subsequently, the students actively discussed how to complete the process of picking up and dropping off from school in a civilized and safe manner. Some students suggested that parents and students should go green and avoid traffic congestion during school commuting and commuting from the source through public transportation and walking; some students suggested that parents should master the time well, and stop and go at the school gate, and not stop and wait for a long time; and some students believe that students who are close to home or in senior grades should exercise their ability to travel independently and not let adults worry about it.
After the event, the students said that they had learned a lot of traffic safety knowledge through this activity, and they should take this knowledge home to drive family members to pick up and drop off in a civilized manner, and jointly protect campus traffic safety.
The purpose of this activity is to do a solid job in the publicity and implementation of the Administrative Reconsideration Law, practice the purpose of reconsideration for the people, help the people solve problems, understand reconsideration, and let the people fully feel that "administrative reconsideration is around", and then take administrative reconsideration as the preferred way to resolve administrative disputes, and effectively play the role of administrative reconsideration as the main channel for resolving administrative disputes.
