The stats show that Jordan got 49 of the 100 votes, James got 37 votes, Kobe Bryant got 9 votes, and Anthony, Durant, Bird, Wade and Bill Russell each got 1 vote.
From the analysis of nationality voting, the proportion of international players who support Jordan GOAT is higher, with 44.2% of American players voting for Jordan and 40.3% voting for James, while 65.2% of international players voting for Jordan and 26.1% voting for James.
In terms of age analysis, 77.8% of players born before 1995 voted for Jordan, 54.3% of players born between 1995 and 1999 voted for Jordan, and only 27.8% of players born after 2000 voted for Jordan.
16.7% of players born before 1995 voted for James, 37% of players born between 1995-1999 voted for James, and 47.2% of players born after 2000 voted for Christians.
Interestingly, HoopsHype also counted James' teammates. Fifty percent of James' teammates voted for Jordan and another 50 percent for James, compared to 48.9 percent for Jordan and 35.9 percent for non-James teammates.
