Article 5 "The name of an enterprise shall use standardized Chinese characters. ”

The criterion for judging standardized Chinese characters is the "General Standard Chinese Character List". Non-canonical Chinese characters cannot be used in business names. The "List of General Standard Chinese Characters" (click on the "Read the original text" at the end of the article) published by the State Council clearly stipulates 8,105 standard characters, that is, there are only 8,105 characters that can be used in enterprise names.
