Bentley has further expanded the visual impact and dynamic capabilities of the Bentayga through its Mulliner Bespoke division with the launch of the Apex Edition Series, limited to 20 cars worldwide, ensuring exclusivity. All models include a central paint stripe that extends from the hood to the roof, a first for a Bentayga. Even rarer, specs are only available to Continental GT Le Mans Edition owners, who will be able to commission an Apex Edition Bentayga with matching trim and livery. By working directly with the designers at Mulliner Studios, clients have the opportunity to create a truly one-of-a-kind Bentayga expression.
For the limited edition Bentayga Apex Edition Bentley Mulliner department, six themes have been curated, each with its own distinctive personality and will not be covered here due to space constraints. What we're looking at now is the first theme, with a striking candy red satin paint on the exterior. Inside, both the Arctic White primary and Hotspur secondary leathers are complemented by Arctic White contrast stitching and seat piping. This contrasting color is also present on the frames of the satin carbon fiber dashboard and waist bar.
Every Bentayga Apex Edition is fully equipped with highly customised content. The interior design is centered around custom color splitting, including a satin-finished carbon fiber instrument panel, center console and door boom bar, and five-seat comfort specs, complemented by a Naim for Bentley sound system. Other custom touches include embroidery on the Apex Edition blind seat with a contrasting Bentley logo, an Apex Edition name style on the waist sill, and an Apex Edition carbon fibre pedal.
The Bentayga Apex Edition features ultra-strong, lightweight 22-inch Mulliner carbon wheels with carbon-ceramic brakes, available in six unique sizes designed by the Mulliner design team. The 6 kg weight reduction and high stiffness due to the carbon fibre characteristics mean that the steering platform is more stable and consistent. In contrast, forged aluminum wheels may lose some camber due to wheel flexing, reducing grip and agility.
