On April 28, Li Huawei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman of China Railway 19th Bureau Group Company (presiding over the work of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors), accompanied Ma Chunshan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Yangtze River Coastal Railway Group, to the Group Company's new Hewu High-speed Railway Hubei Section 3 Project Department for investigation.
Ma Chunshan successively came to the Hewu high-speed railway 3 standard across the Lishui River bridge, 2# steel bar processing plant, 74-meter continuous beam across S234 provincial highway, Hong'an beam field, Zhoujiatian across the Wuma railway bridge (existing line steel cover beam) and other construction sites, listened to the latest progress report of the project construction, checked the use of automatic processing equipment for steel bars, carefully inquired about the delivery of the first land, the temporary land acquisition of the road, the relocation and transformation of the three electricity, etc., and affirmed the positive and enterprising spirit and achievements of the project team in land acquisition and demolition work. He pointed out that the difficulty in the requisition of temporary land restricts the rapid formation of a large situation of the project, and the company and the headquarters along the Yangtze River will actively coordinate with the local government to speed up the construction and create a good construction environment for the construction enterprises.
Li Huawei expressed his gratitude to Chairman Ma Chunshan for coming to the front line to solve the practical difficulties of the project, and he said: first, the 3rd standard of the Hewu high-speed railway of the 19th Bureau of China Railway will continue to be guided by the guiding ideology of "strictly abiding by integrity, leading the demonstration, quality core, and double standard co-construction", and will be more proactive and enterprising, coordinate the project land, and strive to achieve the situation of the big dry as soon as possible;

The Hubei section of the new Hewu high-speed railway is an important part of the high-speed railway along the Yangtze River, and it is also a key section of the high-speed railway along the Yangtze River connecting the east and the west. The Hewu high-speed railway bid 3 of the group company is located in Hong'an County, Huanggang City, Huangpi District of Wuhan City and Yangtze River New Area, with a main line length of 28.008 kilometers, passing through 24 administrative villages in 1 county, 2 districts, 2 towns, 3 streets, 1 office.
