Introduction to the program "Interview in the Clouds".
This program is a large-scale comprehensive dialect interview program run by the comprehensive radio of Tuoketuo County Rong Media Center (FM FM107.9 MHz Voice in the Clouds), with the purpose of paying attention to the hot spots of the people, appreciating the cultural landscape, speaking freely about Vientiane topics, and listening to the voice of the times, covering all aspects of social life such as current affairs and humanities. Close to the lives of the people in an all-round way, tell the story of Tuoketo, and spread the voice of Tuoketo.

Zhang Guanwang, born in 1948, is a native of Tuoketuo County, Inner Mongolia. Born in poverty, he learned many trades and engaged in a variety of occupations in order to earn a living.

Storyteller of the radio station of Tuoketuo County Rong Media Center, and host of the program "Interview in the Clouds". Graduated from the International University of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy (formerly the Correspondence University of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy) with a double major in calligraphy and painting. Graduated from the Open University of China (formerly China Central Radio and Television University) with a major in Chinese language and literature. Vice Chairman of Tuoxian Federation of Literary and Art Circles Radio, Film and Television Association, member of Writers Association, member of Calligraphers Association, member of Artists Association, member of Photographers Association, director of Inner Mongolia Quyi Artists Association, academician of Inner Mongolia Gumu Fengchun Painting and Calligraphy Academy, member of Beijing Qigong Research Association.
