The second navigation plot is about to start!
Recently, according to the news released by today's bell tower, the project has been completed and is expected to officially start construction in mid-May.
The project is located on the west side of Lanling North Road and the east side of Guangren Road in Zhonglou District, with a total investment of up to 890 million yuan, and is scheduled to be completed in August 2026.
The second navigation plot is the north side of Toyotomi South County, and it is also the second phase of the Toyotomi South County Community.
The project covers an area of 43,937 square meters, with a total construction area of 73,213 square meters in the second phase (including 54,413 square meters of above-ground construction area and 18,800 square meters of underground construction area).
It mainly constructs 2 residential buildings, 6 commercial buildings, 2 supporting buildings, 1 doorman and other related supporting buildings, and simultaneously implements comprehensive supporting facilities such as environmental greening, road sites, water and electricity.
The land plot on the north side of Toyotomi South County is close to the intersection of Lanling North Road and Zhongwu Avenue, and the current status of the project is mainly idle vacant land and 42 non-complete houses, with an area of about 8,976 square meters, and most of the buildings are old houses and self-built scattered houses.
Changzhou Fengdao Real Estate Co., Ltd., the original developer of the project, failed to pay off the due debts and filed for bankruptcy liquidation in January 2012.
However, since 2023, there has been substantial progress in the land plot on the north side of Toyotomi South County, and on June 12 of that year, the land on the north side of Toyotomi South County was expropriated, involving 41 houses and a construction area of about 8,980 square meters.
Judging from the specific design scheme of the project, the overall appearance is acceptable, and the façade style of the previous phase of the project is very obvious.
