But Hua Mingyue is not only a mother of two children, but also a census taker in the community, shouldering an important census task.
The daily work is trivial and heavy, but Hua Mingyue can always find a balance in it. She was well aware of the importance of the census work, so in her spare time, she wore the uniform of a census taker and shuttled downstairs to the community to patiently publicize the significance of the Fifth National Economic Census and census registration to residents. Her voice is gentle and firm, as if there is a magic that can attract residents to stop and listen.
However, life is always full of challenges. Just when Hua Mingyue was devoting herself to work, there was an accident at home, and the elderly and children had to be taken care of. In the economic census, Hu Zhi, the census instructor of Qingjiang Community in Guancang Street, has always maintained the seriousness of Communist Party members, and practiced the original mission of Party members with practical actions in his work.
Before the census, he studied diligently and practiced his business skills. As a census instructor, in addition to his heavy community work, he sacrificed his rest time to carefully study the census plan, learn financial and accounting knowledge, and repeatedly study the difficulties and key points of the business, so as to strive to be "familiar with the census indicators" and make a good knowledge reserve for carrying out the work.
In the census, he dared to be more honest and objectively reflect the whole picture of the enterprise. He not only accurately registered the census data, but also tackled the "distortion" of the data found in the investigation, and went deep into the workshops and warehouses to carry out meticulous on-site verification and inventory of goods; in the face of some respondents whose financial information was not sound, he patiently worked with them to settle accounts, helped them find out the "family background", and made every effort to ensure that the data could objectively reflect the overall picture of the enterprise's operation.

Although this is the second time that we have experienced the census work, there are still many uncertainties after five years. At the same time, she cooperated well with other census takers in the community, and actively shared her previous census work experience with census workers for the first time, organized everyone to sort out their learning knowledge, and continuously improved the team's learning ability and comprehensive response ability to field censuses. During the census, she will also review the data collected by them, and ask questions for re-examination to ensure that the data is accurate and complete.
