According to the meteorological live bulletin: from 20:00 on April 28 to 08:00 on the 29th, there were scattered thundershowers in our city, and there were a total of 36 heavy rain stations and 8 heavy rain stations in the city. Heavy precipitation occurred in the western part of the city, and the maximum precipitation occurred in Dayi with a homologous 73.9 mm.

Dayi and Wenjiang experienced windy weather with a maximum wind speed of more than 10 m/s at an instant, and the maximum wind speed was 13.2 m/s (level 6) at Wenjiang National Station.
In addition, the Municipal Meteorological Observatory reminded that there was light rain at the main venue of the Eastern New Area of the World Horticultural Expo during the day today, with a northerly wind of 6~8 and a temperature of 19~22 °C, and light to moderate rain at the Qionglai, Xinjin, Wenjiang and Pidu branch venues, with a northerly wind of 5~7 and a temperature of 18~22 °C. The wind speed gradually increased in the morning, and the windy weather was most obvious from noon to evening. Each venue needs to be prepared for the adverse effects of high winds.
