Reading cannot change the length of life, but it can change the breadth of life, and reading cannot change the beginning of life, but it can change the end of life. On the afternoon of April 28, Xiangchuan Primary School held a reading exchange activity for teachers.
Vice Principal Deng Huijuan's "I Do This as a Teacher". Teacher Wei Shusheng's educational wisdom tells us that education should be "relaxed, quiet, even, and happy", that is, "the body should be relaxed, the mind should be quiet, the breathing should be even, and the optimism should be maintained". This is a masterpiece by writer Shi Tiesheng, which is based on the author's own life experience, and depicts his deep reflections in Beijing's Ditan Park after being paralyzed by both legs through affectionate and introspective words. The work is divided into several parts, mainly around the specific space of the Temple of Earth, telling the story of Shi Tiesheng's process from despair to accepting fate and understanding life, as well as his deep and endless nostalgia for his mother.
Teacher Li Xiaosa shared "I really hope you like yourself too". The world is complex, and not everyone's goal in life is to keep climbing upward. Some people like stability and feel comfortable living comfortably, and some people like challenges and want to release their ambitions on a higher platform to feel that this life is in vain. There is no right or wrong choice, what we have to do is not to convince others, but to respect each other.
