Self-discipline sticks to the 42nd day......
Hello everyone, and welcome to the Expression Skills Enhancement Training. Today is the 42nd day of the 100-day training program and the last day of the second phase.
Before you know it, the second installment is coming to an end. Let me tell you about my personal feelings!
The biggest feeling is that it is really not that difficult to persevere. You may not be able to do it for a week before you put it. But now I have no pressure to do it for 42 days, and I have persevered. Every day at this point, I think that I haven't trained yet, and it's really just a matter of going with the flow!
So if you are still hesitant or still skeptical about whether you can persevere. I've tried it for you from my own experience, and as long as you stick to it, it's really easy.
