Xiao Liang's (Ah Jian's son) house is a newly built development in Gaoshan Town, consisting of three parts: a villa, a shop along the street and an underground parking garage. However, on April 3 this year, Xiaoliang's family suddenly discovered that the body of a stranger was parked in the store, and there was also a simple mourning hall at the scene.
On the third day after the incident, with the intervention of Gaoshan town government staff, the body has been sent to the funeral home for placement, but Ajian's family still can't accept this fact.
According to the mediation team, the person who placed the body was named Ali, and the body in the house was her husband. She admits that she does not know Ah Jian's family, and her home is on a dirt slope less than three meters away from the shop. Ali stressed that the developer occupied her family's land during the construction process.
Ali said she didn't know the house had been sold because they had a dispute with the developer and the property to the store could not be processed. But Xiaoliang said that when he bought the house, the developer said that there was no problem with the house, and they also applied for the real estate ownership certificate.
Xiaoliang believes that since it is a dispute between the developer and Ali, he hopes to buy Ali the store. But Ali did not accept this proposal, she believed that the house that Xiaoliang bought already occupied the scope of her family's land, and she was not willing to spend money to buy it.
Mr. Li, a representative of the developer of the community, said that the land was originally approved by the Land Bureau, and that the development and construction of the property was within the red line planning and did not encroach on the land of Ali's family, and that Ali's family had not been expropriated because her compensation demand was too high.
The property director said that in response to the matter, they had done their due diligence, informed the store that it had been sold when Ali placed the body, and called the police when the advice was fruitless.
Representatives of the developer and the property owner at the scene expressed their hope that the Gaoshan town government would take the lead in organizing further mediation.
The staff of the Gaoshan Town Conflict and Dispute Mediation Department said that they had organized mediation many times after the incident, but there was a large gap between the opinions of the three parties, and the mediation work was still continuing.
