On April 26, the Lashan Street Xincun Community Trade Union Post Station carried out an inclusive service activity with the theme of sending policies and coolness, and continuously improved the service experience of workers in the new employment form, with the participation of the county federation of trade unions, street leaders and community cadres. At the event site, the service team publicized and explained the protection of the rights and interests of workers in the new employment form, the service objects, service content, and service commitments of the community trade union post station for sanitation workers, courier brothers, truck drivers and other groups, and distributed mineral water, popsicles and other heatstroke prevention and cooling items to sanitation workers, courier brothers, and truck drivers free of charge. Focusing on the "three sharings", Lashan Street has focused on the construction of community trade union post stations, that is, position sharing, function sharing and activity sharing, which effectively solves the problem of the lack of positions of new employment groups, enhances the sense of gain and belonging of the masses, and stimulates their enthusiasm for participating in grassroots governance.
It is reported that the Lashan Street Xincun Community Trade Union Station was rated as the province's four-star community trade union station demonstration station, the trade union station is equipped with rest areas, newspapers and books, hot water, chargers, umbrellas, emergency medicine kits, etc., long-term placement of mineral water, milk, popsicles and other heatstroke prevention and cooling items, for the service object to receive free of charge, at present, a total of more than 1,000 outdoor workers such as migrant workers, sanitation workers, green workers, taxi drivers, couriers, police, urban management and other outdoor workers free service.
