Construction project name: Shenzhen Urban Rail Transit Line 27 Phase I Project
Construction content: The first phase of Line 27 is located in Nanshan District, Longhua District and Longgang District, connecting Xili High-speed Railway New Town, Xili Lake International Science and Education City, Shenzhen North Railway Station Business Center and Banxuegang Science and Technology City. The first phase of Line 27 is 25.1km long and has 21 stations, all of which are laid underground. The vehicle adopts 6 A-type cars, with a maximum design speed of 80km/h, and a new parking lot is built, using the existing Xili main station and Xuexiang North main station.

4. Ways and means for the public to submit comments
If you have any comments and views on the project, you can fill in the public participation opinion form for the environmental impact assessment of the construction project, and submit it to the construction unit and the EIA unit by letter, fax, email, telephone, etc. (the public is requested to provide detailed contact information as much as possible while submitting comments).
Note: According to the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, opinions or demands unrelated to the EIA of the project, such as land acquisition and demolition, property, and employment, do not belong to the public participation of the EIA of the project.
Line 27 starts from Qianhai Qianwan Area and terminates in Longgang Banxuegang Area, connecting Qianhai, Nanshan, Yuehai, Xili, Taoyuan, Minzhi, Longhua, Bantian and other areas along the line, and connecting with multiple lines of the rail network, mainly undertaking the function of connecting Qianhai, Nanshan and Longhua axial tracks, alleviating the pressure of major transportation corridors and cross-border traffic, and achieving the planning goal of 45-minute access between Qianhai Nanshan Center and Longhua Center.
The total length of the line is about 39.3 kilometers, and the whole line adopts the underground laying method, with a total of 33 stations. There is 1 depot and 1 parking lot on the line, which are the Snow Elephant Depot and the Honghualing Parking Lot. Among them, the Snow Elephant Depot is located on the south side of Banli Avenue and the west side of Qingping Expressway in Longgang District, and the Honghualing parking lot is located in the south of Liuxian Avenue and east of Zhuguang North Road in Nanshan District.
