Some time ago, I can only say that I was unlucky, and I often encountered small things in my life. As a result, the mood and spirit are not good, even if a friend invites him to go out for a walk, he is a little unable to keep his spirits up. Later, I saw a way to change luck on the Internet, which turned out to be "borrowing vitality". With the mindset of giving it a try, you get good results unexpectedly.

At first, when I saw the phrase "borrowing vitality", I mistakenly thought that it was to take advantage of others, but in fact, the focus of the implementation was to get close to the people, things, and things that made me energetic.

There are several ways to "borrow vitality". In my free time, I followed the introduction and made a small plan for me to increase my vitality.

The first step is to collect people, things, and things that can provide a source of vitality. I find out by asking myself a few questions.

The first question is, "Is there anything I can do or think about without burden?"

Again, "Somebody, I'm with them, I'm always laughing."

Finally, there is "something, even if I buy it for several years, I still cherish it".

After writing down the answers to these questions, I was given my own "Dictionary of Genki". Also, in order to avoid being too troublesome and not doing these energizing things, I also ordered some "achievement gifts".

For example, in the latest planning, I set the theme of "chasing the orchestra" and "listening to music".

Because I found that I was motivated to learn new languages, music, and meet new people outside my comfort zone for the sake of my favorite orchestra.

This thing is indeed in line with the characteristics that can make me have no burden, always enjoy it, and never get tired.

In order to make this Vitality Project more complete, I had to rely on the help of others. So, I joined a fan club of an orchestra and found a few friends who shared the fun of following the group.

In order to be able to meet idols together, I planned a star-chasing plan with my friends, like one of my friends has good foreign language skills, so we learned from him together how to express their support in foreign languages. Another friend is a graphic designer, so we made star-chasing cards together and learned some knowledge of drawing software. Also, in order to have the opportunity to go abroad to see concerts in the future, I also began to learn to arrange my own travel.

In the process, I found that I had "borrowed" vitality from my surroundings invisibly.

When you chat with your best friends, you will feel good naturally. Watching the interviews and performances of the orchestra members is like absorbing the vitality of their performances. When attending an event, try dressing up in the style of the lead singer, discover another side of yourself, and more. Gradually, it also came out of the downturn.
