1800TEU container ship
Jinglu Shipbuilding built the first and second twin vessels of the 1800TEU container ship series for Malaysian shipowner MTT Shipping. The first MTT Port Kelang was signed for delivery on 22 April, and the second MTT Pelepas was successfully delivered today on 26 April.
During the construction of this series of ships, Jinglu Shipbuilding did not stop production during the Spring Festival holiday, and more than 500 front-line workers worked overtime every day, and as many as 900 items were inspected during the period. At the delivery ceremony, the shipowner's representatives fully affirmed the efficient construction quality and excellent management ability of Jinglu Shipbuilding, and the delivery of the twin ships has created a good start for the long-term win-win development of both parties.
The total length of the ship is about 172.00m, the width is 28.40m, the depth is 14.5m, the design draft is 8.50m, the structural draft is 9.70m, the design service speed is 18.7n, and the design load is 24000t, which meets the requirements of unlimited navigation area and is classified as BV. This type of ship is equipped with a low-speed two-stroke main engine, fixed-pitch propellers, full suspension rudder, the hull shape line is straight bow, square tail, and the upper construction and engine room are located in the middle and tail parts. The ship has a total of 4 cargo holds, with a maximum of 7 containers on the deck and 5 containers in the hold, including 3 high cube containers, and the cargo hold and deck can be mixed according to the RUSSIAN STOWAGE method. The ship has a nominal number of 1,792 containers and is equipped with 258 cold box outlets. S-BOW linear type + twisted rudder with rudder ball is adopted, and the hull resistance performance is excellent. The number of 14-ton heavy containers can reach 1370, and at the same time, it has obtained the additional mark LASHING-WW for container fastening of specific routes of BV classification society. This type is an affordable feeder vessel that can be flexibly deployed around the world and is widely welcomed by the shipping market.
1400TEU container ship
On April 26, 2024, Jinglu Shipbuilding held a delivery ceremony for the 1400TEU container ship "BG RED" built by Nordic Hamburg of Germany.
At the signing ceremony, Chuanfang spoke highly of the outstanding efforts and unremitting struggle shown by Jinglu Shipbuilding in the process of ship construction. In the face of various challenges and difficulties in the construction process, Jinglu Shipbuilding has worked hand in hand with shipowners, ship inspection and other relevant units to overcome one difficulty after another. After continuous efforts and meticulous construction, a series of high-quality high-quality ships were finally presented, which fully demonstrated the professionalism and excellent ability of Jinglu Shipbuilding.
The ship mainly serves the Baltic Sea navigation area in Europe, with a total length of 169.95m, a width of 26.9m, a depth of 14.85m, and a deadweight tonnage of about 20,250t. Not only can we load all ISO containers, high cube containers, and reefer containers at the same time, but we can also load extended 21, 22, 23, and 24-foot containers. The cargo compartment can be loaded with dangerous goods, and the cargo hatch cover adopts hydraulic double opening type.
The ship's profile has been deeply optimized, which not only reduces the wave resistance of high-speed navigation, but also takes into account the economic speed and ballast draft navigational resistance. The propulsion system adopts a pitch-controlled propeller with a shaft-type shaft generator. Equipped with an end-to-end thruster, it can move freely in and out of congested waterways and inland ports. The ship is small in size, complex in system, compact in arrangement, and is the ceiling in feeder ships.
Within a week, Jinglu Shipbuilding successfully completed the delivery of three ships, covering two ship types.
