In order to deeply learn the lessons of fire safety accidents in surrounding cities, strengthen the fire safety management of residential communities in the whole district, and make every effort to prevent and resolve safety risks and hidden dangers, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Huaiyin District, Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, has continued to investigate and rectify the parking and charging problems of electric bicycles in residential communities.
Research and deployment, strengthen supervision. Implement the system of leaders in command and personnel in charge, and divide the property community into groups and shards, and assign responsibility to people. Carry out normalized supervision and inspection of the clean-up of fire safety hazards in the community, issue rectification notices to properties that are slow to act or do not act, and conduct interviews, reports and credit deductions if the circumstances are serious.
Publicity and guidance, strengthen safety awareness. Guide and supervise property enterprises to self-examine and self-correct, investigate and rectify fire safety hazards in the community, continue to discourage residents from illegal parking and charging of electric bicycles, and use community WeChat groups, loudspeakers, posters and other ways to publicize the importance of fire safety to residents, and effectively improve residents' safety awareness.
Take the initiative to strengthen the sense of service. Starting from the standardized management of electric bicycle parking and charging, solve the potential safety hazards caused by illegal charging of electric bicycles from the root, deeply explore the demand for charging facilities in residential communities, and strive to promote the construction of centralized charging facilities for electric bicycles.
Regular inspections and strengthened property management. The property is required to focus on issues such as stacking objects in the corridors of the community, electric bicycles going upstairs to enter the house, flying wire charging, and private connection, increase the frequency of inspections, improve the management level, improve the quality of service, and fully implement the responsibility of supervision and management of property safety production.
In the next step, the Huaiyin District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau will continue to strengthen the "four noes and two straights" inspection of fire safety management in residential communities, consolidate the management responsibilities of property enterprises, ensure that various safety measures are implemented in place, supervision is in place, build a solid safety line of defense in residential communities, and create a safe and livable living environment.
