In 2003, Zhuhu Economic Cooperative and Jiangxia Economic Cooperative of Huanshan Village, Sanlian Village, Tanbu Town, Huadu District, actively responded to the government's relevant land requisition policy and were resettled in the Yuebao Resettlement Area in the central urban area of Tanbu Town. In the past 20 years, the processing of real estate ownership certificates for villagers in the resettlement areas has been slow, and the vast majority of villagers have been unable to apply for household registration. Villagers have also made appeals through various channels, but due to historical problems such as the notarization of the real estate of the deceased right holder and the supplementary payment of the purchase price of the resettlement house, some residents' houses are unable to apply for homestead certificates or real estate ownership certificates, and the relevant residents are unable to enter the households, which in turn leads to many villagers facing problems such as the inability to move into the household registration after marrying into the daughter-in-law, the difficulty of children in school, the inability to solve the identity and treatment of villagers, and the difficulty in handling endowment insurance and medical insurance.
After learning about the above situation, in February 2023, Song Shuzhen, a representative of the People's Congress of Tanbu Town, took the lead in submitting the "Proposal on Accelerating the Solution of the Problem of "Difficulty in Applying for Household Permits" in the Yuebao Resettlement Area of Zhuhu Economic Cooperative in Sanlian Village and Jiangxia Economic Cooperative in Huanshan Village.
Subsequently, Huang Junlun, a representative of the Huadu District People's Congress and chairman of the Tanbu Town People's Congress, organized people's congress deputies at all levels to visit the resettlement area on the spot, and contacted the relevant functional departments of the government many times to seriously investigate and understand the difficulties and reasons for applying for a household permit, and actively seek solutions. The deputies of the people's congresses at the three levels of the station, city and town have solicited opinions and suggestions on the problems of applying for certificates in the resettlement area by participating in the mass activities of receiving voters in the community, and actively offered suggestions and suggestions. At the same time, the Tanbu Town People's Congress carried out special follow-up supervision on this issue, organized relevant functional departments to communicate and negotiate for many times, and made suggestions for the problem from a professional point of view.
In October 2023, the town people's congress specially organized and convened a coordination meeting for household entry in the resettlement area, at which it was proposed that the town government would issue a relevant application letter, the village community would collect and provide information on the household number and address of the resettlement house, and the household registration department of the police station would learn from the experience and practices of friendly neighboring units on similar problems to handle household entry procedures.
Through the efforts of many parties, a breakthrough has finally been made and substantively resolved to solve the problem of household registration in the resettlement area. As of December 30, 2023, a total of 290 households in the Yuebao Resettlement Area have all gone through the household registration procedures, 34 households have completed the "Resident Household Book", and 359 houses have been registered for the first time, of which 96 have been transferred and issued real estate ownership certificates.
